Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a semiconductor device and electronic equipment that enable a semiconductor device that is capable of minimizing the generation of noise due to light that leaks in to be provided. This semiconductor device is configured so as to be provided with light-receiving elements (34), active elements for signal processing, and light-blocking structures (40) between the light-receiving elements (34) and the active elements constituted by wiring (45, 46) that provide a cover above the active elements. The semiconductor device is further provided with, for example, a first substrate on which the light-receiving elements are formed, a second substrate on which the active elements are formed, and a wiring layer having the light-blocking structure constituted by the wiring formed on the second substrate. The second substrate can be connected to the first substrate via the wiring layer.
