Abstract:
A semiconductor device (101) provided with: a table unit (11) which receives photo detection data indicating the intensity of light, outputs current data indicating current values corresponding to the values of the photo detection data, and stores the correspondence relationship of the photo detection data to the current data in a fixed manner; a current regulating unit (12) which adjusts the current value indicated by the current data based on changeable parameters and outputs adjusted current data indicating the adjusted current value; and a current supply unit (4) which supplies current to a load (53) based on the adjusted current data.
