Abstract:
A semiconductor device according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a first element to which a first level voltage is input through a first terminal and which, if a gate voltage is applied through a gate terminal, outputs a first output voltage through a second terminal; a boost element to which a second level voltage is input through the first terminal and which, if the first output voltage is applied as a gate voltage through the gate terminal, outputs a second output voltage having a greater value than the first output voltage; and a second element to which a third level voltage is input through the first terminal and which, if the second output voltage is applied as a gate voltage through the gate terminal, outputs a third output voltage, wherein the second output voltage has a greater value than a threshold voltage of the second element.
