Abstract:
This semiconductor device (1) comprises: upper-side control input terminals (T1p, T2p, T3p); lower-side control input terminals (T1n, T2n, T3n); a power source terminal (Tvb); a control logic unit (16); a reference power source circuit (2) that is configured to be supplied with the power source voltage and to be able to generate a reference power source voltage (VDD) that is to be supplied to the control logic unit; and a switch circuit (3) having switches (SW1p, SW2p, SW3p, SW1n, SW2n, SW3n) that are provided with respect to the respective ones of upper-side control input signals and lower-side control input signals and the ON and OFF of which are switched according to the logic levels of the upper-side control input signals and of the lower-side control input signals. The reference power source circuit is activated on the basis of a combination of the logic levels of the upper-side control input signals and of the lower-side control input signals.
