Abstract:
This semiconductor device (101) comprises: a first power supply terminal (1); a second power supply terminal (2); an output terminal (3); first switching elements (51a to 51c) connected between the first power supply terminal and the output supply terminal; and second switching elements (61a to 61c) connected between the second power supply terminal and the output supply terminal. The first power supply terminal includes a first facing part (12) that faces the second power terminal in the X direction across a gap, second facing parts (13, 14) that face the second power terminal in the Z direction across a gap, and a third facing part (11b) that faces the second facing part (13) in the Z direction across a gap. The first facing part and the second facing parts are provided so that, upon electrification, current flows in the opposite direction to the part facing the first facing part and each of the second facing parts in the second power supply terminal. The second facing parts and the third facing part are provided so that, upon electrification, current flows in mutually opposite directions.
