Abstract:
This semiconductor device comprises: a first chip on which a transistor 1341 is formed; a second chip on which a transistor 1342 is formed, the second chip being different from the first chip; a package 50 including a mounting board 51 where the first chip and the second chip are mounted; and a magnetic member 40 that magnetically couples the first chip and the second chip in the package 50. The magnetic member 40 guides a magnetic flux, which is generated by the current of one of the chips, to the other chip and constitutes a magnetic path inducing a current in the same direction as one of the chips in the other chip.
