Abstract:
The present technology relates to a semiconductor device, a signal processing method, and a program for making it possible to obtain desired spectral characteristics. The semiconductor device comprises a signal processing unit that performs, on an image signal obtained by imaging performed by a pixel array unit having a plurality of unit pixels, signal processing to correct spectral characteristics on the basis of the temperature of the pixel array unit. The present technology may be applied to solid-state imaging devices.
