Abstract:
A first inductor (310) and a second inductor (320) are formed in a multiple wiring layer (400), are wound in planes parallel to a first substrate (102), and are overlapped with each other. A first circuit (100) is connected to one of the first inductor (310) and the second inductor (320). At least a part of the first circuit (100) is positioned in the inside of the first inductor (310) and the second inductor (320) in a planar view. Any of a hook-like wiring pattern, a slot-like wiring pattern, and a wiring pattern functioning as a resistive element or a capacitative element is provided in the portion of the first circuit (100), which is positioned in the inside of the first inductor (310) and the second inductor (320) in a planar view. In the present embodiment, a hook-like wiring pattern is provided.
