Abstract:
Provided is a semiconductor device capable of converting the signal level of a pixel signal into a signal level compatible with a circuit of a desired power source voltage system while suppressing current consumption. The semiconductor device is provided with an amplifier circuit that samples and amplifies an input signal and a post-stage circuit that operates in response to an output signal from the amplification circuit. The amplifier circuit includes: a sampling capacity that holds the sampled input signal as a signal based on a first reference voltage; a feedback capacity to which the signal held in the sampling capacity is transferred; and an operational amplifier circuit that amplifies the signal held in the sampling capacity according to the ratio of the sampling capacity and the feedback capacity, and outputs the amplified signal as a signal based on a second reference voltage.
