Abstract:
A semiconductor device provided with an electromagnetic shield, wherein electromagnetic noise is decreased while a decrease in inductance is limited.
The semiconductor device is provided with a substrate, an inductor, and a shield with upper layer slits. In the semiconductor device, the inductor is disposed on the substrate. In addition, in the semiconductor device, the shield with the upper layer slits is disposed over the inductor with respect to an upper direction corresponding to a predetermined direction perpendicular to a substrate plane of the substrate, and the slits are formed extending in a direction parallel to the substrate plane.
