Abstract:
This semiconductor device is provided with a plurality of control modules (61-66) that control a rotary electric machine (10). Each of the control modules has at least one switching element (H1-H6, L1-L6) that receives current supplied from a bus bar (50) connected to a power supply. The plurality of control modules are electrically connected in parallel with respect to the bus bar. The plurality of control modules are annularly arranged on a heat dissipation plate (60) molded in a C shape so as to surround a rotation shaft (11) of the rotary electric machine. At least one of the switching elements in a control module other than the control modules that are disposed at the two ends in the heat dissipation plate has resistance set to be lower than resistances of the other switching elements.
