Abstract:
The present invention provides a semiconductor device with a novel configuration. The present invention includes: a plurality of calculation circuits capable of switching different calculation processes; a plurality of switch circuits which are capable of switching connection states between the plurality of calculation circuits; and a controller. The calculation circuits include a first memory which stores data corresponding to weight parameters used in a plurality of calculation processes according to switching of a first context signal. The calculation circuits execute a product-sum calculation by switching weight data according to context. The switch circuits include a second memory which stores data for switching the plurality of connection states according to switching of a second context signal. The controller generates, on the basis of the first context signal, the second context signal. The data stored in the second memory can be smaller than the data stored in the first memory of the calculation circuits.
