Abstract:
This semiconductor device comprises a plurality of first switch sections, a first control element, a wiring pattern, and a plurality of wires. Each of the plurality of first switch sections includes a first switching element and a second switching element that are electrically connected in parallel to each other. The wiring pattern includes a first wiring section (wiring section) and a second wiring section (wiring section). With respect to the respective first switch sections, the first control element is in electrical communication with the first switching element via the wires and the first wiring section, and is in electrical communication with the second switching element via the wires and the second wiring section.
