Abstract:
A first capacitor (3a) is connected between a positive power source line (61) and a reference power source line (51). A first element (62a) is interposed on the positive power source line (61), the first element (62a) having a first end that is connected to a positive terminal of the first capacitor (3a) and a second end connected to a second end of a common positive power source (6). A second element (52a) is interposed on the reference power source line (51), the second element (52a) having a first end that is connected to a negative terminal of the first capacitor (3a) and a second end that is connected to a first end of the common positive power source (6). The first element (62a) and the second element (52a) are resistor elements, or are diodes connected in an orientation enabling charging current to flow from the common positive power source (6) to the first capacitor (3a). At least one of the first element (62a) and the second element (52a) is a resistor element.
