Abstract:
The present invention relates to a semiconductor ink composition containing single-wall carbon nanotubes, a hydrogel, a dispersant, a solvent, and the like, and to a printed thin film transistor using the same. The present invention has excellent semiconducting characteristics while having characteristics suitable for a printing process.
