Abstract:
Provided is a semiconductor integrated circuit, comprising a feedback amplifier circuit on the forepart thereof, said feedback amplifier circuit including a feedback which returns a portion of an output signal to an input side, wherein an occurrence of a data signal distortion or a gain peaking of a frequency characteristic in wiring between the forepart and the aft part is alleviated. This semiconductor integrated circuit comprises a first circuit and a second circuit which further comprises a first output which is connected to the first circuit. A second output which is a signal which is similar to the first output is outputted from between the first circuit and the second circuit. Furthermore, with this semiconductor integrated circuit, output impedance from between the first circuit and the second circuit, input impedance of a circuit which is connected to the aft part of the second circuit, and characteristic impedance of a wire which connects the second output and the circuit which is connected to the aft part of the second circuit, are mutually equivalent.
