Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit and an imaging device with which it is possible to reduce power consumption without increasing the complexity of an oscillation control configuration. [Solution] This semiconductor integrated circuit comprises: an oscillator that generates an oscillation signal that can discretely adjust an oscillation frequency on the basis of a digital control input signal; an oscillation control unit that generates the digital control input signal; and an intermittent control unit that generates an intermittent control signal so that the oscillation control unit intermittently updates the digital control input signal, the intermittent control signal being supplied to the oscillation control unit.
