Abstract:
The present invention suppresses fluctuation of the oscillation wave number of a semiconductor laser element due to being affected by ambient temperature. The present invention is provided with: a semiconductor laser element 2; a temperature adjustment section 32 that adjusts the temperature of the semiconductor laser element 2; a temperature sensor 4 that detects the temperature of the temperature adjustment section 32; and a temperature control device 5 that controls a supply signal to the temperature adjustment section 32 so that the detection temperature of the temperature sensor 4 is a predetermined target temperature. The temperature control device 5 changes the target temperature of the temperature adjustment section 32 corresponding to the supply signal to the temperature adjustment section 32.
