Abstract:
Disclosed is a semiconductor light-emitting device, comprising: a semiconductor light-emitting device chip having a first electrode and a second electrode which are positioned at the lower part thereof; a first sealing part provided around the semiconductor light-emitting device chip; and a second sealing part covering the first sealing part and the semiconductor light-emitting device chip. In addition, disclosed is a semiconductor light-emitting device, comprising: a plate; a semiconductor light-emitting device chip fixed to the upper surface of the plate; a sealing part; and an optical plate fixed to the upper surface of the sealing part. Furthermore, disclosed is a method for manufacturing a semiconductor light-emitting device, comprising the steps of: forming a base plate; fixing a semiconductor light-emitting device chip onto the base plate; cutting the base plate along the edge of the semiconductor light-emitting device; and forming a lens in a state where heat is applied.
