Title:
SEMICONDUCTOR NANOPARTICLES, SEMICONDUCTOR NANOPARTICLE-CONTAINING DISPERSION LIQUID, AND FILM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/198684
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: semiconductor nanoparticles which exhibit excellent atmosphere endurance; a semiconductor nanoparticle-containing dispersion liquid which contains the semiconductor nanoparticles; and a film which contains the semiconductor nanoparticles. Semiconductor nanoparticles according to the present invention are configured such that: zinc, sulfur and indium are detected by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy; and the molar ratio of zinc to indium, namely Zn/In, as determined by the energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy satisfies formula (1a).
7 ≤ Zn/In ≤ 15 (1a)
