Abstract:
A semiconductor storage device including read blocks (4), third wirings (5),
read switches (6), a control circuit (10) and evaluation circuits (8) is used.
The read blocks (4) are provided with first wirings (2) arranged in a second direction
and extending in a first direction, second wirings (3) extending in the second
direction, and resistive storage elements (1) at intersecting points of the
first wirings (2) and the second wirings (3). The third wiring (5) extends in the
second direction and corresponds to the second wiring (3). The read switch (6)
is arranged between the third wiring (5) and the second wiring (3). The control
circuit (10) controls the read switch (6) and supplies the first wiring (2) with
a current and the like. The evaluation circuit (8) is connected to the third wiring
and evaluates a current and the like. In data reading, the control circuit (10)
selects a selective read block (4) and a selective first wiring (2) and supply
them with a current and the like, and the evaluation circuit (8) evaluates a current
and the like in the third wiring.
