Abstract:
An antenna, particularly a wireless transmitting and receiving antenna made by using a solid state semiconductor technology; using a semiconductor light-emitting tube integrated circuit technology to manufacture antennas for emitting microwaves, terahertz radio waves, and infrared radiations; and using a rotating parabolic antenna or lens to converge the microwaves, terahertz radio waves and infrared radiations, using a controllable liquid crystal grating to form a frequency-adjustable filter, so as to realize frequency selective passage of a wireless signal, and receive the signal through an avalanche diode, a photomultiplier tube and a superconducting quantum dot. The production of a large number of antennas in a consistency plant is realized, and can be integrated with a baseband chip of a communication integrated circuit, easy to process control, suitable for large-scale production, reducing the cost of the antenna, being able to be widely applied to radar, wireless broadband communication, quantum communication, wireless mobile phone communication, satellite communication, and achieving a high quality ubiquitous wireless Internet of Things.
