Title:
SEMIPERMEABLE MEMBRANE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/126612
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a semipermeable membrane. The present invention addresses the problem of providing a semipermeable membrane that is resistant to decreases in the permeability of substances over time. Provided is a semipermeable membrane (10) that includes a resin. The transmittance of albumin through the semipermeable membrane (10) is 30% or higher. When immersed for 90 minutes in a 0.1% albumin solution, a 1 cm square of the semipermeable membrane (10) adsorbs no more than 10 μg/cm2 of albumin. The amount of water permeation through the semipermeable membrane (10) when water is suctioned at a negative pressure of 3 ± 0.2 kPa is represented as at least 1,000 L/(m2 · time). The semipermeable membrane (10) is capable of isolating cells from the external environment.
