Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a sense amplifier circuit and a flip-flop. The sense amplifier circuit comprises: a charging module which is configured to charge a setting signal node and a reset signal node according to a clock signal; and a sensing module which is configured to sense and amplify a differential input signal according to the clock signal, the sensing module comprising a first amplification circuit, a second amplification circuit and a crossed jump transfer circuit which is connected in a crossed mode between the first amplification circuit and the second amplification circuit, and the crossed jump transfer circuit being used for transferring, when sensing is completed and a differential input signal jumps, an active signal of a new triggered amplification circuit to another amplification circuit, so as to keep a setting signal/a reset signal unchanged.
