Abstract:
A sense amplifier (100) control method (200) and an electronic device using the control method. The sense amplifier (100) control method (200) comprises, according to a time sequence, an idle stage, an offset cancellation stage, a charge sharing stage and a sensing amplification stage which occur successively: in the charge sharing stage, after controlling a first node (N1) to be connected to a complementary bit line (BLB) for a first preset duration (T1), and a second node (N2) to be connected to a bit line (BLA) for the first preset duration (T1), disconnecting the bit line (BLA) from the second node (N2) and the complementary bit line (BLB) from the first node (N1) (S23); and in the sensing amplification stage, when detecting that the voltage on the first node (N1) or the voltage on the second node (N2) reaches a preset voltage (VT), controlling the first node (N1) to be connected to the complementary bit line (BLB) and the second node (N2) to be connected to the bit line (BLA) so as to transmit an amplified voltage to the bit line (BLA) and the complementary bit line (BLB) (S24). The present invention can reduce the noise of the sense amplifier (100).
