Provided is a sensing apparatus (140, 200, 400, 620, 920, 1420, 1720, 1820), which comprises: a flexible sealing structure (210, 410, 621, 922, 1722, 1821) arranged at a joint position of a user, the flexible sealing structure (210, 410, 621, 922, 1722, 1821) being filled with a fluid; and a pressure sensing unit (220, 420, 622, 921, 1130, 1230, 1721, 1822), the pressure sensing unit (220, 420, 622, 921, 1130, 1230, 1721, 1822) being in fluid communication with the flexible sealing structure (210, 410, 621, 922, 1722, 1821), wherein pressure intensity of the fluid in the flexible sealing structure (210, 410, 621, 922, 1722, 1821) changes in response to deformation of the joint of the user, and the pressure sensing unit (220, 420, 622, 921, 1130, 1230, 1721, 1822) converts the change of the pressure intensity of the fluid into an electrical signal. The sensing apparatus (140, 200, 400, 620, 920, 1420, 1720, 1820) uses the change of the pressure intensity as a reference for joint movement, has a simple structure, exhibits small dependence on the accurate placement of the sensing apparatus (140, 200, 400, 620, 920, 1420, 1720, 1820), and has strong robustness.
