Abstract:
Disclosed is a sensing device based on a fiber Bragg grating Fabry-Perot cavity. The sensing device comprises a light source unit (1), a fiber circulator (2), a fiber sensing unit (3) and a spectrum detection unit (4), wherein the light source unit (1), the fiber sensing unit (3) and the spectrum detection unit (4) are respectively connected to the fiber circulator (2); the light source unit (1) comprises an actively mode-locked laser (11); the fiber sensing unit (3) is a fiber Bragg grating Fabry-Perot cavity; and an equivalent optical path of the actively mode-locked laser (11) is n 1L 1, and an equivalent optical path difference of the fiber Bragg grating Fabry-Perot cavity is 2n 2L 2, wherein formula (aa), i is a positive integer, and formula (bb). The device can effectively compensate for an optical path difference of coherent light in the fiber Bragg grating Fabry-Perot cavity to obtain interference fringes in a larger free spectral range, thereby achieving higher sensitivity and thus improving the precision of sensing measurement.
