Abstract:
A sensor 1 is provided with: a main body portion 132 which is in the shape of a flat plate, has a supported first end 1321 in a first direction, and has an accommodating space opening in at least one of two end surfaces in a thickness direction; a volume varying body 14 which has a volume that varies in accordance with the quantity of a target, and which is supported by the main body portion 132 in such a way that at least a portion thereof is accommodated in the accommodating space; and a detecting unit 133 which is connected to a second end 1322, in the first direction, of the main body portion 132 and which detects stress generated as a result of the variation in the volume of the volume varying body 14.
