CLAIMS

1 - The Invention is a new sensor device (10) wherein measurement data received from media by sensors (12) is transferred in a safe manner through transmission chips (13) and it is characterized in that it consists of Security chip (14) located on electronics card (11 ), conducting code matching with station (20) and servers (30), providing data transmission only to matched server (30) and station (20) and not allowing data transmission to server (30) and stations (20) not matched.

2. A sensor device (10) according to claim 1 and it is characterized in that it consists

- of operation steps of taking (100) measurement from medium by the sensors (12), - Matching (101 ) of stations (20) by security chip (14),

- Transmission (102) of received measurement data to station (20) by transmission chip (13),

- Matching (103) of server (30) by security chip (14),

- transmission (104) of data from station (20) to servers (30),

- Feedback (105) to station (20) and servers (30).

Description:
SENSOR DEVICE THAT TRANSFERS SECURE DATA The Related Art

The Invention is related to the sensor device providing security of data transmitted to stations and servers for use in all areas where measurement data is received with the help of sensors.

Background of the Invention

Today, the physical properties of the environments are measured with the help of sensors and the measured data is transmitted to a main centre and transmitted from main centre to main users through servers. In smart home systems, transmission of temperature data to control unit by temperature sensor and transmission of the temperature data to users called server by e-mail, SMS and similar communication method by control unit can be given as examples for the system. Sensors are used in all sectors and services that come to mind with data transfer systems.

The sensor devices used in the current related art have the disadvantage because of lack of security. Unauthorized persons may access to sensor data during transmission of data from sensor device to main centre called station and from main centre to user called server.

The safety of media where sensor device is located is provided by security cameras or security officers in the related art. When the transmitted data is received by the user, they can be protected by means of password and similar methods. However, there is no system or component providing security of data during data transmission by signals. In this case, the data is open to access by unauthorized persons.

Patent document numbered TR 2015/16751 at Turkish Patent and Trademark office reads as :”Data security system disclosed under the invention consists of a system consisting of at least an open data network (6) and at least a security data network (7), at least a central processor (1 ) in at least an open medium in said open data network (6) and a central processor (2) in at least a safe medium in said security data network, at least a data transmission processor (3) connected to central processor (1 ) in said open medium, at least a data transmission storage area (5) connected to said data transmission processor (3), at least a central processor (2) in safe medium connected to said data transmission storage area (5), data storage units (1 a, 1 b, 1 c, 1 . . . , 1 n) connected to open medium connected to said central processor (1 ) in open medium and data storage units (2a, 2b, 2c, 2, ... 2n) connected to safe medium connected to said central processor (2) in safe medium, hardware and algorithm providing single direction and safe data transfer in said system."

Said invention discloses a data security system. Said system consists of multi-data transmission units. When data is transmitted to the multi data transmission units, data in main medium is deleted permanently. It is aimed to store data in a safe manner in this way. However, there is no security system in data transmission operation. It only has security system related to storage of data. In this case, the disadvantages described above remain.

As a result, a new sensor device is needed in which the known state of the technique is exceeded, disadvantages are eliminated, and measuring data is securely transferred.

Purpose of the Invention

This invention is a new sensor device wherein measurement data received by sensors in media are transferred in a safe manner, which surpasses the state of art.

Purpose of the invention is to disclose a new sensor device providing transmission of data received from sensors to main user in a safe way without allowing access by unauthorized persons.

Another purpose of the invention is to disclose a new sensor device providing safe transfer of data received from sensors to main centre/station.

A further purpose of the invention is to disclose a new sensor device providing safe transfer of data received from sensors to user/server.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide transmission of data from sensors to users/servers at minimum cost.

A further purpose of the invention is to disclose high security sensor device conducting security check during transmission of measurement data received from medium by sensors to station/main centre from sensor device, to user/server from station/main centre and giving feedback to station/main centre and user/server as a result of conducted checks.

The invention will be understood better with reference to the figures attached hereto and thus the characteristics of the invention will be understood clearly. However, it does not intend to restrict the invention to these certain embodiments. In contrary, it aims to cover all alternatives, amendments and equivalences that can be included in the area which is explained by the claims attached hereto. The shown details are only for description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and it should be understood that they are shown to describe the methods and ensuring the most useful and easy definition of the rules and conceptual characteristics of the invention. Description of the Invention:

Invention is a sensor device (10) providing transmission of measurement data to server (30) and stations (20) safely. Sensor device (10) being subject of the invention consists of electronic card (11 ), sensor (12) located on the electronic card (11 ), transmission chip (13), security chip (14) and battery (15). Figure 1 , Figure 2)

Sensor device (10) being subject of the invention consists of operation steps of taking (100) measurement of sensors (12) in the medium, conduct of station (20) matching (101 ) by the security chip (14), transmission (102) of received measurement data to station (20) by transmission chip (13), conduct of server (30) matching (103) by security chip (14), transmission (104) of data from station (20) to servers (30), giving feedback (105) to station (20) and servers (30). Detailed Description of the Invention

This invention consists of electronic card (11 ), sensor (12) located on the electronic card (11 ), transmission chip (13), security chip (14) and battery (15).

The sensor (12) located on the electronic card (11 ) and varying subject to purpose of use takes physical measurements in the medium where it is located. Transmission chip (13) transmits the data received by sensors (12) to the station (20). Security chip (14) does not allow unauthorized persons or devices to access during transmission of data from transmission chip (13) to station (20), from station (20) to servers (30). The software installed in the security chip (14) and communication codes of the station (20) and servers (30) provide data transmission to the station (20) and servers (30) to which transmission is intended. Thus safe data transmission between sensor device (10) and station (20), and between station (20) and the server (30). The battery (15) provided in the invention supplies the energy needed to operate the sensor device (10).

The operation principle of the invention is as follows: measurement is taken from the medium where sensors (12) are located (100), security chip (14) verifies the station (20) code and security chip (14) and thus station (20) matching is conducted (101 ). Then, the received measurement data is transmitted to station (20) by transmission (102) chip (13). Then the code between security chip (14) is verified by security chip (14) by server (30) code and server (30) matching is conducted (103) and data is transmitted (104) from station (20) to servers (30). Finally, station (20) and servers (30) are given feedback regarding security status and threats (105) and operations are completed. (Figure 3)

The sensor (12) used in the invention can be different types of sensors (12) according to purpose of use. For instance, a temperature sensor can be used for temperature measurement and a water leakage sensor for water leakage.

The measurement data received from sensors (12) is transmitted to stations (20) by means transmission chip (13) while they are transmitted to servers (30) by methods such as phone, SMS, e-mail etc. Data is transmitted from transmission chips (13) to stations (20) by means of wireless network technologies such as weightless, lora and sigfox.

Therefore, the invention is a new sensor device (10) wherein the measurement data received from medium by sensors (12) is transmitted in a safe manner by transmission chips (13) and it is characterized in that it consists of security chip (14) located on electronics card (11 ), conducting code matching with station (20) and servers (30), providing data transmission only to matched server (30) and station (20) and not allowing data transmission to server (30) and stations (20) not matched.
