Title:
SENSOR DEVICE USING PROTON TRANSFER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/172748
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The disclosed sensor device using proton transfer according to the present invention comprises: a proton part that uses external pressure to generate protons; a transfer part that is stacked on the proton part and transfers the protons received from the proton part; a piezoelectric part that is stacked on the transfer part and generates polarization when external pressure is applied; a first electrode part provided between the transfer part and one side of the piezoelectric part; and a second electrode part provided on the other side of the piezoelectric part. According to this configuration, the nonlinearity of a tactile sensor of a human body can be imitated, and thus selective sensing in a wide band can be achieved.
