Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a sensor device capable of highly accurate light detection. [Solution] The sensor device has: a substrate (2) comprising first-conductivity-type semiconductor material and having a first area (2a) and a second area (2b) arranged parallel to each other on one main surface (2A); a photodiode (5) provided in the first area (2a); a first light-emitting diode (3) and a second light-emitting diode (4) provided in the second area (2b); a first optical system (8) arranged between the first light-emitting diode (3) and an object to be measured located above the one main surface (2A) of the substrate (2), irradiating the object to be measured with the light from the first light-emitting diode (3), and guiding a part of the regularly reflected light to the photodiode (5); and a second optical system (9) arranged between the second light-emitting diode (4) and the object to be measured, irradiating the object to be measured with the light from the second light-emitting diode (4), and guiding the regularly reflected light to the area outside the photodiode (5) while guiding a part of the scattered reflected light to the photodiode (5).
