Abstract:

In the present invention, a sensor device (1) is provided with a display section (100) that is capable of displaying numerical values and characters, and a plurality of switches (SW1-SW5) each of which is configured for a different function, the display section and the switches being disposed on a chassis (10) that has a built-in signal processing circuit. Each of the switches (SW1-SW5) is marked with a different type of symbol on the top face thereof. In particular, the UP switch (SW2) for increasing the numerical values displayed on the display section (100) and the DOWN switch (SW3) for decreasing the numerical values displayed thereon are marked with symbols that are suggestive of the function of the respective switches. Other switches (SW1, SW4 and SW5) are marked with symbols that are not suggestive of a function for updating numerical values.
