Abstract:

Provided is a sensor device that can eliminate the influences of the offset voltages of a sensor element, a differential amplifier and an amplifier in the sensor device, detect physical amounts with high precision and quickly respond. A sensor device comprises: a switch circuit to which the first and second terminal pairs of a sensor element are connected and which controls the switching between these terminal pairs to output signal voltages; a differential amplifier the first and second input terminals of which are connected to the respective ones of the first and second output terminals of the switch circuit and which outputs the results from differential amplification of the signal voltages; an amplifier having two or more differential input pairs one of which receives the differential signals outputted from the differential amplifier and at least one of which receives reference signals in accordance with a physical amount to be detected; and a detection voltage setting circuit that outputs the reference signal to the amplifier. The sensor device has first and second detection states according to the switching of the switch circuit and uses a single first detection state and a single second detection state to perform the detection.
