Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a temperature detection circuit (4) is configured so that a first route is formed for supplying an electric current to either a positive-side or a negative-side differential output terminal of a sensor (2) comprising a resistance bridge circuit, a second route is formed for draining electric current from the other of the positive-side and negative-side differential output terminals, and formation of first route and the second route can be switched with respect to the two output terminals. A control unit (5) causes a voltage measurement unit (3) to measure the voltage of each of the two output terminals for a case in which the first route is formed to one differential output terminal and the second route is formed to the other differential output terminal by the temperature detection circuit, and a case in which the second route is formed to the one differential output terminal and the first route is formed to the other differential output terminal. A computation unit (6) acquires temperature information of the sensor by computing the voltage difference of the two output terminals.
