Abstract:
A sensor device (S) comprises: a housing (H) that holds a sensor element (2) such that a detector (21) of the sensor element (2) is located on the distal end side in an axial direction (X); and an element cover (1) disposed on the distal end side of the housing (H). The element cover (1) has inner side surface holes (11a) and an inner distal end surface hole (11b) in side surfaces (111) and a distal end surface (112) of an inner cover (11), respectively, and has outer side surface holes (21a) in side surfaces (121) of an outer cover (12). The distal end position of the outer side surface holes (21a) is located closer to the distal end than the distal end position of the inner cover (11). Between the outer surface of the inner cover (11) and the inner surface of the outer cover (12), a large clearance portion (31) and a small clearance portion (32) are provided on the distal end side and the base end side, respectively, and a channel (3) having a shape in which the large clearance portion (31) and the small clearance portion (32) are connected without any step is provided.
