Abstract:
There is a demand for further reduction of output errors originating in temperature characteristics. Provided is a sensor device comprising a sensing circuit for outputting a sensing signal that corresponds to the magnitude of a detected physical quantity, an amplification circuit for amplifying the sensing signal, and a switching unit for discontinuously switching the sensitivity of the sensing circuit and/or the offset of the amplification circuit in accordance with whether a temperature measurement value exceeds a threshold value.
