Abstract:
This sensor device 1A comprises: an insulating substrate 11; a touch sensor TS comprising a sensor electrode 12 provided on a first surface 15a arranged at an operating surface side; a shield electrode 131 provided on the first surface 15a; and a detection electrode 14 arranged facing the shield electrode 131, and provided on a second surface 15b different from the first surface 15a, wherein the first surface 15a is positioned further to the operating surface side than the second surface 15b, the shield electrode 131 and the detection electrode 14 configure a pressure sensor that detects changes in the electrostatic capacitance value due to approaching of the shield electrode 131 and the detection electrode 14, and the shield electrode 131 blocks capacitive coupling between an operator FIN and the detection electrode 14 accompanying approaching of the operator FIN toward the operating surface.
