Abstract:

In order to provide an integrated sensor that can function both as an illumination sensor and a proximity sensor, a sensor (1) is provided with: a light-receiving element part (E1); an infrared-cutting filter (IRcutF); and a switching unit (SWS) for switching between spectral characteristics of the light-receiving element part (E1). An aperture part is formed on the infrared-cutting filter (IRcutF), and an infrared-light-reception PN junction (PDir) is formed deeper in a substrate than a visible-light-reception PN junction (PDvis).
