Disclosed is a sensor-equipped bearing device for wheels having integrated in-wheel motors which enables the accurate detection of the rotation status of a drive wheel, and effectively provides accurate control for electric motors and vehicles. The sensor-equipped bearing device for wheels having integrated in-wheel motors is provided with: a wheel bearing (A) which rotatably supports a hub of a drive wheel (70); an electric motor (B) which is the rotational drive source for the drive wheel (70); and a decelerator (C) which is interposed between the electric motor (B) and the wheel bearing (A). The device is further provided with a rotation detection device (101) which detects the rotation of an output shaft (37) of the decelerator (C).
