Title:
SENSOR IN WHICH SIGNAL TRANSMISSION SPRING AND PCB SUBSTRATE ARE CONNECTED BY SOLDERING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/078212
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A sensor in which a signal transmission spring and a PCB substrate are connected by soldering, according to the present invention, comprises: a PCB substrate fixed in an upright state and having a spring fixing part formed in the middle thereof; a signal transmission spring having a horizontal bending bar formed at a lower end portion thereof so as to be inserted into and fixed to the spring fixing part of the PCB substrate, having a support part formed in the middle thereof, and allowing the horizontal bending bar to be inserted into and connected, by soldering, to the spring fixing part; and a connector mold for encompassing and fixing the signal transmission spring such that the separation of the signal transmission spring therefrom can be prevented, wherein the horizontal bending bar and the spring fixing part, which are electrical connecting parts of the signal transmission spring and the PCB substrate, are fixed by soldering so as to prevent, in advance, a spring transmitting a signal from causing the instability of electrical signal transmission by being transformed vertically and horizontally in an environment in which a lot of vibration occurs, thereby enabling the stable transmission of a signal even in an environment in which there is a lot of vibration, and since the PCB substrate is provided in an upright state, the diameter of the sensor can be miniaturized so to be small because of a reduction in the width thereof.
