Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sensor of a liquid feeder, and a method for cleaning feed on a feeder plate, and to: a sensor of a liquid feeder for supplying feed to a feeder plate located on the floor thereof through a feed outlet on the lower portion of a feed supply part of a hopper case in which there is feed, and for feeding, to pigs, liquid feed in which feed and water are mixed, by providing a water supply part at the upper part of the feeder plate separately from the hopper case; and a method for cleaning feed on the feeder plate, wherein the water supply part comprises: a water supply pipe (80) provided to receive water to be supplied to a feeder plate (30); a solenoid valve provided on a portion of the water supply pipe (80) so as to open/close water supply; a sensor (110) provided to be spaced at a predetermined distance from the upper surface of the feeder plate (30); and a control unit, which receives a signal of the sensor (110) so as to control the opening/closing of the solenoid valve and control water supply, and thus the present invention has a remarkable effect in which water is re-supplied in a state in which a little bit of liquefied feed remains on the floor thereof, feed is automatically outputted from the outlet by touching a tube so that the feed is mixed with the water, feed under the sensor is immediately detached when a little water is released after a predetermined time elapses, and liquid feed is not attached to the bottom of the sensor so that liquid feed is smoothly supplied when repeating same at predetermined time intervals, and thus pigs can ingest a large amount of feed.
