Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to ensure the reliability and accuracy of a sensor while reducing the cost for conditioning of a sensor module. A signal component analysis unit (10) receives a signal that is output from a signal processing unit (7) and is not passed through a low-pass filter (8) yet, analyzes whether or not the application of a fragile frequency associated with a physical quantity occurs at a certain level or higher, and outputs an output stop signal to an output signal control unit (9, 16) when the application of the fragile frequency occurs at the certain level or higher. The output signal control unit (9, 16) receives a control signal output from the signal component analysis unit (10) and stops the output of an acceleration signal and a physical quantity signal which have passed through the signal processing unit (7, 14) and from which noises are eliminated by means of the low-pass filter (8, 15).
