Abstract:
This sensor module comprises a sensor part that detects a specific substance in a sample, a first flow path, and a second flow path. The first flow path supplies a first fluid, which is the sample, to the sensor part. The second flow path supplies a second fluid different from the first fluid to the sensor part. The second flow path has a buffer vessel for the second fluid, the buffer vessel holding the second fluid for a given amount of time.
