Abstract:
Provided is a sensor that can be made more compact in order to ensure the stroke amount of a movement member even when the sensor is installed in a track member; also provided is a motion guidance device equipped with this sensor. This sensor is attached to the motion guidance device having a track member, which extends in a lengthwise direction, and a movement member, which is attached so as to be capable of moving in the lengthwise direction relative to the track member. The sensor is provided with a case for housing a sensor substrate, a shielded cable connected to the sensor substrate, and a cable bushing for holding and securing the shielded cable to the case. The cable bushing has a conduction hole through which the shielded cable can be electrically connected to the case, and the case has a conduction part that can be inserted into the conduction hole.
