Abstract:
A sensor network system (1) is provided with: a sensor target (2); a plurality of sensor node communication terminals SN1, SN2, ... SNn which are mounted on the sensor target (2), and which have a plurality of sensor elements having the same function as one another; a data server (90) which accumulates sensor information from the plurality of sensor elements in each of the plurality of sensor node communication terminals; and a data management unit (120) which analyses the sensor information accumulated in the data server (90). In accordance with a failure diagnosis algorithm, the data management unit subjects the plurality of sensor elements and the plurality of sensor node communication terminals to a failure self-diagnosis, making it possible to carry out maintenance on sensor elements or sensor node communication terminals that are determined to have failed.
