Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a sensor output value estimation device that effectively estimates sensor output values reflecting the lag in the response of a temperature sensor. The present invention is provided with an estimated gas temperature calculation unit (43) for calculating an estimated gas temperature for an engine (10) on the basis of at least the operating state of the engine (10) and the state function of the gas in the engine (10), and an estimated sensor output value calculation unit (44) for calculating an estimated sensor output value reflecting the lag in the response of a temperature sensor (31) on the basis of the calculated estimated gas temperature and a pre-stored first model formula specifying the relationship of the temperature change time constant of the temperature sensor (31), the gas flow rate, and the gas temperature.
