Abstract:
A subject of the present disclosure is to facilitate the reduction of the influence of noise on the detection voltage of a pressure sensor. A sensor processing circuit (19) includes a pair of input terminals (T1, T2), an amplifier circuit (2), an impedance conversion circuit (8), and two resistance components (R6, R7). The amplifier circuit (2) amplifies a detection voltage (V1) inputted to the pair of input terminals (T1, T2). The impedance conversion circuit (8) is interposed between the pair of input terminals (T1, T2) and the amplifier circuit (2) and performs impedance conversion between an input impedance viewed from the pair of input terminals (T1, T2) and an output impedance viewed from the amplifier circuit (2). The two resistance components (R6, R7) are electrically connected in series between a pair of target points (P5, P6) which are connection points between the impedance conversion circuit (8) and the amplifier circuit (2). A connection point (P10) of the two resistance components (R6, R7) is electrically connected to a reference potential point (P20).
