Abstract:
This sensor substrate is provided with: an insulating substrate having an upper surface and a lower surface; a first detection electrode positioned on the upper surface of the insulating substrate; a second detection electrode positioned on the lower surface of the insulating substrate; and a heat generating section, which includes at least one conductor layer, and which is positioned inside of the insulating substrate, said heat generating section being positioned at a part sandwiched between the first detection electrode and the second detection electrode. The thickness of the insulating substrate between the heat generating section and the first detection electrode, and the thickness of the insulating substrate between the heat generating section and the second electrode are equal to each other.
