Abstract:
Relay terminals (10) each transmit, to a control device (20), packets received from radio sensors (S) and reception intensities detected at times of the receptions of the packets and related to short-distance radio communications; only in a case of reception of response instructions from the control device (20), the relay terminals (10) each return responses related to the packets to the transmission-source radio sensors (S) that are the transmission sources of the packets; the control device (20) compares, among the reception intensities received from the relay terminals (10), the reception intensities related to a same packet transmitted from a same radio sensor (S) and received by the respective ones of multiple relay terminals (10); the control device (20) transmits a response instruction only to a single target relay terminal the reception intensity of which is the highest; and further the control device (20) relays and transfers sensor data stored in the packet received by the target relay terminal to a host device (H). In this way, the multiple relay terminals (10) perform coordinated receptions of packets transmitted by use of short-distance radio communications.
