Title:
SENSOR SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/143545
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a technology with which it is possible to achieve power savings by causing each sensor in a sensor system to operate appropriately in an autonomous manner in accordance with the state of occurrence of events. A sensor system which has a plurality of sensors and which is capable of measuring a plurality of physical quantities, provided with: an operation setting means for setting the operation of the plurality of sensors; and an event determining means which determines that a certain event has occurred when the output values from at least some of the plurality of sensors satisfy event conditions corresponding to the occurrence of said certain event. When the event determining means has determined that said certain event has occurred, the operation setting means changes the operational state of the sensors, from among the plurality of sensors, required to determine the occurrence of related events, which are events that could occur in conjunction with the occurrence of said certain event.
